The hotel has everything one could need for a basic trip. Amenities are included, even a toothbrush+toothpaste set. The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean and with enough space to move around. Breakfast was also very complete without being over the top and with good coffee, of course! All staff was very polite and helpful. In sum it's really good value for money. The hotel does not advertise more then what it offers, it's an honest, modest, nice hotel.

I stayed for one night and spent two good days in Milan thanks to the rest in this hotel, here you can leave your luggage and walk to check-in, good breakfast, located near the center within walking distance, transport is also nearby, wonderful staff who will greet you well and help and show you around, special thanks and greetings to Amir

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant– the room was clean & spacious, filled with necessities. There's more than enough room to hang your coats, which was appreciated because we visited during winter time. The hotel is in a lively area, not far from the central area of Milan. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel (the tram that goes directly to Duomo), a big metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming, ready to help if needed. There was quite a lot to choose for breakfast, we enjoyed it. Overall, an amazing stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Milano Navigli, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Amir, who went out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable. I was impressed by the level of service—the team even allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out until I could check in at my next hotel, which made my day so much easier. The breakfast was also quite good, with a nice variety of options that left me satisfied. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating place to stay. Also, the location was perfect, near to the tram.

Great location and walkable to the Canal area with ample amount of restaurants. Metro right outside of the hotel to the Duomo, La Scala Opera House and the Shopping. The property is a small and efficient with clean rooms and a Great and helpful front desk staff. I Loved Katya’s breakfast service🤗 She was a Very attentive and service oriented. The Best coffee and good variety of breakfast items.

Absolutly everything...Room with bathroom is very nice,neighboroughood is goergouse and calm and safe too.Stores around work to the late in night if you need to buy some food or drinks. Breakfast was very nice and when i came on the breakfast it was a lot of that to eat and i came late and woman in service taking care for everything and she also asked me do i need anything else and people who work on reception are there 24 hours in a day and as i said before everything is clean and nice

I loved the location! The room was super clean and I have never had such a clean bathroom in a hotel. They also had gluten-free breakfast, which was for me a highlight. And the staff, especiallyEdith, was so professional. Everyone was super friendly and even surprised me for my birthday with a bottle of sparkling wine and a wonderful handwritten birthday card. I had really a good time in the hotel. although the hotel is close to a busy crossroad, it was very quiet in the room - the windows isolated thenoise perfectly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
